Terms of Service

These terms explain how seedanceiv accounts, generation credits, subscriptions, and AI media outputs are used.

By using seedanceiv, you agree to these terms and any product-specific policies linked from the site. If you use seedanceiv on behalf of a team or company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for team access, seats, billing choices, and removing users who should no longer have access.

Seedanceiv plans and one-time credit packs provide generation credits for AI image and video workflows. Credits may be reserved when a generation starts and settled when the generation completes according to the product rules shown at checkout and in your dashboard.

4. User Content and AI Outputs

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, and other materials you submit. Subject to these terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial projects, but you must ensure that your inputs and use of outputs do not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

You may not use seedanceiv to create illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, to bypass usage limits, to interfere with the service, or to resell access in a way that misrepresents seedanceiv as your own infrastructure.

AI generation depends on model providers, payment providers, storage systems, and network availability. We may update features, models, credit costs, or these terms when needed for product, operational, or legal reasons.
